The Langebaan self catering cottage is available for rental throughout the year. It is a charming beach style cottage situated in an absolutely ideal location for anyone who appreciates a Langebaan beach and activity holiday.
We are pet friendly on request. In other words, we need to know if you want to bring your dogs and we'll discuss this with you. Our self-catering holiday house is appropriate for smaller dogs, but not necessarily for larger breeds, as they may be able to jump the wall.

- Two bedrooms (one double, one twin).
- A large mezzanine loft (two extra double beds).
- Open plan lounge/diningroom.
- Kitchen with microwave, gas stove, gas oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, basic kitchen utensils.
Think beach holiday house facilities, not SAS Radisson Hotel!
- TV, DSTV (bring your own SIM card), small radio/CD player, so bring some CDs.

Self Catering Langebaan Holiday Cottage Rates
- This self catering Langebaan cottage's daily rates are at the lower end of the rental market. They vary with the number of days booked, number of occupants & the season. We try to keep the rates fair, encouraging repeat visitors.
- Typically, rates are R600 to R700 per day for a family in low season. Repeat visitors get a discount.

Rental Terms and Conditions
- Deposit payable on booking.
- Full rental payable three weeks before arrival date. Should the rental booking be made within 3 weeks of arrival, then full rental payable together with deposit.
- Cancellation terms low season: Rental 100% refundable if cancellation made more than 21 days before arrival. Rental 50% refundable if cancellation made more than 14 days before arrival. Rental 25% refundable if cancellation made more than 7 days before arrival. Rental 100% payable if cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival date.
- Cancellation terms high season: Rental 100% refundable if cancellation made more than 28 days before arrival. Rental 50% refundable if cancellation made more than 21 days before arrival. Rental 25% refundable if cancellation made more than 14 days before arrival. Rental 100% payable if cancellation made less than 14 days before arrival date.
- High Season: 1 December to 15 February & Easter Weekend.
